Return & Exchange Policy (Upon Delivery)

• Returns and exchanges are available at the time of delivery only, in the presence of the courier.
• Customers are kindly requested to try the item upon receipt while the courier is waiting.
• If the item is not suitable, it can be:
• Exchanged immediately (subject to availability), or
• Returned on the spot and handed back to the courier.
• Items must be returned in their original condition:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from perfumes or makeup stains
• With original tags and packaging intact
• In case of exchange to a higher value item, the price difference must be paid.
• In case of return, shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
